As a mid-lifer, wife, mum, and advocate for holistic wellness, I’ve discovered that true well-being comes from honoring our natural rhythms, nurturing our creativity, and letting go of the societal pressures that tell us we must always do more, look a certain way, or bounce back instantly from life’s challenges.
